After using it for over the period of 6 months they are comfy and easy to use not much buttons to operate. Only just they don’t fit in years properly even after changing the buds. I have to press them inside time to time

So, I had purchased this product a year back ago and it was delivered to me within couple of days which was quite ok . The purpose of buying this earphones was music. I love hearing music so I purchased this . The quality is medium not so good. Noice quality is also ok but later I started using only twice or thrice a week . I faced the battery issue and at one charge I didn’t find good battery backup , the thing which I didn’t like . I was not satisfied hearing music on these and it continued till 5-6 months . After this suddenly I faced a issue that one side of the earphones stopped working just like cheap market earphones. It was annoying I realised that it wasn’t worth my money. I had an trust on boat products but it no more , this irritated me a lot . My purpose of buying this was music and if one side of earphone stops working, it kills the vibe that you wanted enjoy alone . Now I also started facing battery issue , I’m still using it after many chargings . I don’t hear music coz only one side I working and a person who hears music, only wants that his both sides of the earphones should work properly to create a perfect vibe . But I would suggest the public that if you are buying these only for music or listen anything for more time then you should absolutely skip this product or buy other with little more budget. Now I can’t get refund or replacement so I’m just saying what I felt after using this product. Trust me it’s my genuine experience n review. Hope boat clears this issue in upcoming models of earphone. – Thank you for reading 🙏Hope I get some solution.
