Sound quality is average not great.Mic is terrible, it mention ANC but no use.Battery life is averageErgonomics is bad. Power on/off button is hard and aligment is such a way that while pressing you will cover status light which makes hard to notice.Earplug also slips definelty not to be used on gym.Final verdict there are other neckband for the same price

Audio output is low for calling as well as for music if u have used the old mi neckband then it will be useless for you to purchase to calling volume is low so you have to listen carefully also music volume is also low

SO, Ok, the first one to arrive survived barely 12 hours, it never wanted to turn back on anymore.It was promptly replaced by Amazon, so that’s a big plus.second one to come worked nice, and still do.But there are some cons, like the first one, sound is not great, not bad, but not so good.Noise cancellation is passive, so it depends only of the plastic bits and your ears, for me it’s quite ok, but I will not use the term “noise cancellation” to describe it.The sound of the phone calls is mediocre at best, I have to put the microphone very close to my mouth in order to be heard, that’s not good.On the pro side, it’s very light, well balanced, but cables could have been made differently, as they rub against my cheeks while running, i have to twist them to avoid it.Being a Mi fan for many years, I will unfortunately not recommend the purchase of these earphones.
